SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping (US)
All domestic orders are shipped via Standard First Class Mail (est. 5-7 days), Priority Mail (est. 2-3 days) or Express Mail (est. 1-2 days). In stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 days.
International Shipping
To ensure safe and quick delivery, all international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation (may not be available to various destinations). International shipping charges are based on destination and total order. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be shown total shipping charges for your order. If you DO NOT see shipping charges for your country/region, please contact us. In stock items are generally shipped within 2-4 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Address Validation
To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
At iPovePou Boutique, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery so we can issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused, unworn / unlaundered condition with all associated accessories and our special tag securely in tact and un-tampered with.
* Return-For-Refund are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be issued less 20% restocking fees.
* Return-For-Exchange are accepted within 7 days of delivery and restocking fee is waived. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee and shipping/handling fee of replacement item(s).
* Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable for ALL returns.
* All sales are final on First Communion Wear, Patriotic-Theme Wear, Halloween-Theme Wear and Christmas-Theme Wear. Size exchange may be permitted for same style in-stock items only (if available).
As all our items are fully inspected and specially tagged, if a return is required due to damaged/manufacturer defect, iPovePou Boutique reserves the right to ship replacement item of equal/comparable value, issue store credit or deny return. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or misdirected mail. As a result, we recommend that all returns be properly packaged and shipped using a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation to ensure delivery.
Returns must be received within 7 days of RMA Issue Date. Once return is received and inspected, refund/exchange will be processed in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy.
All sales are final after 7 days of delivery.
